Hr/Admin Officer

Responsibilities:• Monitoring of job descriptions, advertising vacant positions prepared by HR Staff• Managing the employment process.• Orienting new employees and training existing employees.• Monitoring employee performance.• Ensuring that all employees are organized and satisfied in their work environment.• Overseeing the health and safety of all employees.• Implementing systematic staff development procedures.• Providing counseling on policies and procedures.• Ensuring meticulous implementation of payroll and benefits administration.• Communicating with staff about issues affecting their performances.• Ensuring accurate and proper record-keeping of employee information in electronic and digital format.• Preparation of PEZA Report, PEZA Visa, and AEP.QUALIFICATION:• College graduate• With at least 3 to 5 years of working experience• Male/Female• Know how to counsel, motivate, evaluate and handle people• Familiar in manufacturing operation set-up• With strong sense of responsibility• Willing to work in Filinvest Technology Park, Brgy.
