Job Summary:The HR & Admin Executive will play a key role in establishing and managing HR and administrative functions for a fast-growing startup. This position will handle a wide range of responsibilities, including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, office management, and administrative support. The ideal candidate is proactive, adaptable, and capable of setting up efficient processes in a dynamic and evolving work environment.Key Responsibilities:Recruitment and Onboarding: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and offer management. Organize and oversee onboarding programs to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.Employee Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for employee queries, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment. Address employee concerns and mediate conflicts, if necessary.HR Policies and Compliance: Develop, implement, and update HR policies in accordance with legal regulations and company culture. Ensure compliance with employment laws and best practices.Performance Management: Assist in setting up performance review processes. Support managers with goal-setting, performance feedback, and employee development plans.Payroll and Benefits Administration: Coordinate with external vendors or internal teams to manage payroll, benefits, and employee records. Address employee inquiries related to compensation and benefits.Office Administration: Oversee office operations, including facility management, supply orders, and maintaining a productive work environment. Support the team with day-to-day administrative tasks.HR Projects and Initiatives: Assist in developing HR strategies and implementing programs related to employee engagement, training, and development. Participate in culture-building activities and employee engagement events.Data Management and Reporting: Maintain accurate employee records and prepare HR reports as needed. Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and inform decision-making.Qualifications:Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Experience: 2–4 years of experience in HR and administrative roles, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment.Experience in developing HR policies and managing administrative tasks is a plus.Skills:Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.Problem-solving mindset and the ability to work independently.High attention to detail and a proactive approach to work.Working Conditions:Must be comfortable working in a startup environment, where flexibility and adaptability are key.May require occasional extended hours to meet business needs.
