Involves providing comprehensive administrative support, particularly in collaboration with the Group companies' HR, international assignees, headquarters, and various vendors.

Responsibilities: Process payment requests and purchase orders for various expenses related to assignees, including housing, income tax, club memberships, insurance, salaries, immigration, and training fees.Prepare and issue invoices for shared services (payroll, immigration, orientation, and SDL payment services) to Hitachi and its group companies.Assist team members with payroll entry, creating bonus provision tables, and tax filing for Hitachi Asia and Hitachi group companies.Set up systems for incoming and outgoing assignees (HiNext & ESSP) and vendor setup (KYPS).Coordinate arrival preparations, including setting up email accounts, staff passes, PCs, phones, and bank accounts.Manage tax vendor service initiation and termination for assignees using the Vialto system (myMobility).Raise repatriation payouts for departing assignees covering accommodation and transportation.Maintain accurate records of assignee details, such as family and school information, assignment dates, home leave, immigration status, and housing leases.Support team members in estimating the annual fiscal year budget for assignees at HAS offices.Assist with ad-hoc projects related to global mobility as assigned.Take minutes during meetings and events. Qualifications: Bachelor degree in any relevant studiesWith 2 years of experience in in administration, payroll, or global mobilityExperienced working in a large or complex organizationsProficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced expertise in ExcelStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAmenable to work in a Hybrid setup in Makati City
