Hr/Admin Assistant

**Purpose of the Position**:
Administratively reporting to the Project Manager, the Site HR/Admin Staff is responsible for managing, handling, and providing support daily to various HR & Admin-related tasks, activities, and transactions at the Project Site.
Act as the point person at the Project Site to handle all HR-related matters, issues, and concerns working closely with RNDV HR.
Responsible for the day-to-day operations of HR functions and duties at the Project Site.
**Detailed Duties and Responsibilities**:
**Recruitment and Hiring**

Responsible for handling the end-to-end recruitment and hiring activities/processes of manpower requirements of the Project Site working closely with CHQ Recruitment:

- Prepare and accomplish Personnel Requisition for the needed manpower due to replacement, additional, and new positions.
- Conduct initial interview
- Conduct final job & salary offer for Rank-and-File applicants

**Records Management and Benefits Administration**

Responsible for maintaining, updating, and safekeeping of personnel records/files of all employees at the Project Site, hard and soft copies.
- Maintain, monitor, and update regularly employee records, hard and soft copies (i.e., 201 files of each employee, Masterlist) when necessary especially if there are movements with the employee's employment and personal records.
- Prepare weekly/monthly manpower-related reports like headcount of employees on newly-hired, separated, and movements as required and needed by CHQ HR.
- Assist employees with their concerns and claims related to government-mandated requirements/obligations (i.e., SSS, Pag-Ibig, PhilHealth, BIR) in coordination with CHQ HR.
- Partner with Operations and other concerned Department in solving employee benefits-related issues for both company and government-mandated benefits, and respond to their queries/requests promptly

**Employee/Labor Relations**

In partnership with the Project Manager, HR Staff/Officer is responsible for preventing and resolving problems or disputes between employees and management.
- Assist in the proper handling and administration of the Company's disciplinary process of employees at the site (i.e., gather/collect pertinent documents and information related to the case/incident, preparation and issuance of NTE, coordinate with CHQ HR admin hearing as applicable, maintain and monitor records of all admin proceedings, ensure proper filing of NTE and Written Explanation to respective 201 files)
- Assist in communicating and implementing/enforcing company policies that are fair and consistent for all employees at the Project Site.

**Qualifications, Skills, and Experience**:

- College Graduate of any Business related course6
- With at least one (1) year of HR-related experience
- Computer literate (web-based and platform)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Ability to work in a fast-paced working environment
- High level of interpersonal skills and integrity;
- Creative, forward thinker.
- Able to deliver effective results, meet tight deadlines and targets
- Ability to interact with staff (at all levels) in a fast-paced environment, sometimes under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient.
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
- A reliable professional who follows the organization and department procedures; and completes tasks promptly.
- Must be amenable to work at **Orani, Bataan**
