Hr/Admin Assistant

Details of the offer

5.1 Sorts documents for data entry.
5.2 Checks source data for accuracy.
5.3 Obtains further information for incomplete data.
5.4 Updates data reports and delete unnecessary items.
5.5 Enters data from source documents into prescribed computer database, files, and forms.
5.6 Checks completed work for accuracy.
5.7 Scans documents to yield soft copy of reports when needed.
5.8 Compiles and stores completed documents.
5.9 Responds to customer/immediate superior requests for report copies.
5.10 Complies with data integrity and security policies.
5.11 Backups electronic files.
5.12 Keep a high level of knowledge of existing products and services

5.14 Good communication and Organizational skills.
5.15 Performs other related duties from time to time and/or that may be assigned by

immediate superior.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Php16,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Administrative Assistant: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
