Job Description:
The HR- Accounts Officer serves as the main liaison officer between the company and the client. HR- Accounts Officersliaises between clients and any cross-functional internal teams or department to ensure timely, accurate and complete delivery of clients' needs and request. Prepares and maintains proper, comprehensive and precise documentation, employee monitoring and other related reports needed in the Business Unit.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the proper execution of HR processes, policies and procedures set by both the company and its client.

2. Coordinates with cross-functional teams regarding manpower requests, manpower line-up, re-alignments and other pertinent client requests.
3. Coordinates with senior officer and supervisor and other cross-functional teams for clients and third-party audits. Monitors timely submission of items for compliance.
4. Coordinates with company HR- Administrators and/or client personnel with any employee concerns and issues.
5. Prepares qualified applicants' line-ups and processes them for in-house/client orientation.
6. Prepares and coordinates all necessary forms and documentation to be filled up, and submitted by the applicant assigned to the client.
7. Review applicants' documents before deployment.
8. Filling and securing employees' 201 files properly.
9. Proper handling & escalation of concerns and issues related to the applicants, employees assigned to clients and clients.
10. Conduct investigation and process disciplinary action, and separation of employees according to labor standards. Consult Senior Human Resource Officer/ HR Supervisor for applicable process.
11. Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads, managing the hiring process, attendingjob fairs and other recruitment activities in the absence of a recruitment team.
12. Attends in client's meeting
13. Process clearances and exit interviews of separated employees.
14. Assist in the receiving/ reception processes.
15. Answers employee's queries for their benefits and other concerns with their employment with the company.
16. Responsible for the attendanceanddaily timekeeping reports.
17. Helps, and supports internal teams, supervisors and colleagues with other administrative tasks.
18. Participate in other tasks and events related to the company or its clients.
