Housekeeping Team Leader

Lead and manage a team of housekeeping staff, including assigning tasks, creating schedules, and managing time-off requests.Provide guidance and support to the team to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.Conduct daily briefings to inform staff about their duties, special instructions, or any changes in schedules.Regularly inspect guest rooms, common areas, and facilities to ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and maintenance standards are met.Address any issues related to cleanliness or housekeeping services promptly and ensure they are resolved.Implement quality control measures to ensure consistency in the level of cleanliness and service.Train new housekeeping staff on cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and company policies.Ensure ongoing training and development for all team members to maintain high performance and efficiency.Monitor and evaluate the performance of team members, providing feedback and coaching as necessary.
