Housekeeping Supervisor

A. Essential Duties

Lead, motivate, and supervise the housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning and maintenance of guest rooms and public areas.Conduct regular team briefings to communicate goals, expectations, and provide feedback.Coordinate with Rooms Division Manager to order supplies and maintain cost-effective inventory control.Train new housekeeping staff on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and hotel standardsProvide ongoing coaching and support to enhance the skills and performance of the team members.Ensure that guests' requests, preferences, and special instructions are communicated and executed effectively.Coordinate with front office, maintenance, and other relevant departments to ensure smooth operations and address guest needs.Maintain clear communication channels to report maintenance issues, repair needs, and room readiness.Adhere to health and safety regulations and promote proper handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment.Perform other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
