Housekeeping / Laundry Team Leader

Details of the offer

1.
Assigning tasks to staff and inspecting work to ensure that the prescribed standards of cleanliness are met.
2.
Scheduling staff shifts and organizing replacements as required.
3.
Investigating and addressing complaints regarding poor housekeeping service.
4.
Providing training to the housekeeping / laundry staff.
5.
Regularly taking inventory of cleaning supplies and ordering stock as needed.
6.
Issuing cleaning supplies and equipment to housekeeping / laundry staff as needed.
7.
Screening housekeeping / laundry applicants and recommending promotions, transfer and dismissal.
8.
Performing various cleaning duties in instances of staff shortages.
9.
Maintaining equipment in good working condition.


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
