Housekeeping Admin Assistant

Job Description

Makes requests, monitors and tracks departmental supplies, and chemical amenities of the hotel.Prepares monthly reports, inventory of items, accruals, and expenses of the department.Provision of admin work including but not limited to updating bulletin boards, coordinating departmental activities, filing of documents and managing department. schedules
Qualifications

Graduate of a degree of Hospitality Management or any related field.Minimum of one (1) year previous experience as an administrative assistant is an asset.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, highly organized, and with a keen eye for detail in data entry.Proficiency in relevant software such as Microsoft applications and property management software.


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
