Perform day-to-day supervision of hotel operations.

Monitor and tracks staff performance and welfare.

Ensures hotel guests are served properly.

Prepares necessary reports to be submitted to the management.

Reports all operational matters to management.

Implement policies and procedures to ensure

smooth hotel operations.JOB REQUIREMENTS

Must be a graduate of a hospitality or tourism-related course.

Must have experience in hotel operations.

Must possess strong leadership skills.

Possesses good written and oral communication skills.

Willing to travel to Cebu to attend training, seminars, or meetings as needed.
