Hotel Manager

Duties & Responsibilities:
1.
Plan, Implement and Manage the overall hotel daily operations

2.
Conduct budgeting and financial planning

3.
Plan and organize hotel activities to drive customer loyalty & sales

4.
Manage and monitor hotel expenses

5.
Leand, Manage and track hotel inventory

6.
Build and maintain strong relationship with guests

7.
Suggest and implement new ideas for development

8.
Determine and monitor the KPI of each staff

9.
Prepare and manage schedule and shifts of all hotel staff

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Hotel Management: 5 years (preferred)
- Housekeeping service: 5 years (preferred)
- Hotel Manager role: 5 years (preferred)
