To provide procurement and analytical expertise with the intention of increasing profit and keeping cost at a minimum for the company.
Job Description Update Cartage Calculator as instructed.Calculate monthly fuel charge and notify all relevant core cartage suppliers.Request monthly KPI performance reports from core cartage providers for consolidation.Distribute monthly performance reports to relevant AU Managers as directed.Assist with procuring landside pricing when required in order to reply to RFQ's or to respond to general inquiries received from local AU branches.Assist with preparing cost comparisons on excel spreadsheetsComplete/populate RFQ pricing template in accordance with instructions (when required)Create and Update Landside WIKI pageAssist with SMT/ QSHE related inquiries - follow up with approved suppliers for valid insurance certificate, re-qualification questionnairesAssist with preparing PowerPoint landside presentations.Assist with any task assignedTraining of back up or new hires.Analyzes issues and attends to escalations and disputesQualification: Bachelor's Degree (Logistics/Transportation, Computer Science/Information Technology, Business studies/management, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or Economics)Must know IT coding languagesMS Outlook: IntermediateMS Excel: Intermediate to Expert (This is a must)Knowledge on Reporting and Project ManagementStrong analytical skillsAbility to work with demanding deadlines, establish priorities and accomplish multiple tasks, must be organizedBasic knowledge of IncotermsAbility to work 07:00-16:00 (local time) , work on Philippine Holidays (Mandatory) Be careful - Don't provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.
