VirtueStaff is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a HoneyBook Admin/Executive Virtual Assistant. In this role, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to our clients using the HoneyBook platform and assist with executive-level tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for a self-motivated individual with a strong background in virtual assistance and experience with HoneyBook to make a significant impact in supporting our clients' success.
Responsibilities Manage client projects and workflows within the HoneyBook platform Coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages and respond appropriately Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations Handle billing and invoicing through HoneyBook Assist with social media management and content creation Provide general administrative support to clients as needed Perform research and data analysis to support client projects Develop and maintain strong client relationships Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar role Strong proficiency in using the HoneyBook platform Excellent organizational and time management skills Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities Experience in customer service, administrative support, or related field Knowledge of social media platforms and content creation is a plus Social Media Scheduling & Lead Generation Work From Home Performance Bonus
