Job Title: Home-based ESL Team Leader
Job Type: Full time (Independent Contractor)
Skills Required:
Team player with a good attendance record
In-depth knowledge of ESL performance metrics
Proficient in PC use, particularly Google sheets, documents, slides, and forms, Asana, Slack and Zoom
Excellent communication and leadership abilities
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Effective decision-making skills
Keen attention to detail
Experience in leading a team
Degree in Management or training in team leading is a plus
Technical Requirements:
Stable internet connection
Good working laptop with a quality camera
Noise-cancelling headset
Responsibilities:
Foster an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
Establish clear team goals
Delegate tasks and set deadlines for the internal team
Supervise, manage, and motivate team members daily
Act as the primary contact point for all team members, ensuring excellent communication
Proactively ensure smooth team operations and effective collaboration
Set a good example and engage the team to achieve goals
Oversee day-to-day operations
Monitor and support classes
Motivate team members and recognize high performance
Identify training needs and provide coaching
Listen to team members' feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts
Encourage creativity and risk-taking
Compensation:
Basic Salary: Starting from 13,000 pesos
Incentives:
Monthly Fees starting from 2,000
Internet allowance 1,000
Perfect Attendance Bonus: 1,000
