Job Description

Inbound/Outbound calls from/to passengers and suppliers.
Provide support to travel consultants.
Handle cancellation administration, suspensions, itinerary changes and paperwork.
Complete Amendments and special requests by consultants and passengers.
Providing refund status and handling basic complaints
Qualifications And Requirements

At least 2 years of Customer Service experience (BPO)
Travel Industry experience is a plus but not required
