Hmo Coordinator

Job Description:
Manage day-to-day healthcare administration tasks, including billing and claims processing. Proactively address urgent cases, ensuring efficiency and compliance with industry standards. Perform assigned duties to optimize overall administration.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Liaise with the EASTWEST HEALTHCARE INC. and PILIPINAS KYOHRITSU INC. for the day-to-day administration of Health Plan, Insurance Coverage and Dental Program of PILIPINAS KYOHRITSU INC.
• Report and monitor receipts of additions/deletions, covering endorsements, billing, membership IDs from the Principals, Dependents, and Extended Dependents of PILIPINAS KYOHRITSU INC. in close coordination with the EastWest Healthcare Inc.
• File and monitor the status of claims filed for reimbursement by members after pre-adjudication of claims and completeness of claim documents in close coordination with the EastWest Healthcare Inc.
• Immediately report to the EASTWEST HEALTHCARE INC. and PILIPINAS KYOHRITSU INC. any case needing immediate attention.
• Perform other duties that maybe assigned from time to time by the company

Job Qualifications/Specifications:

• Bachelor of Science degree in any field.
• Medical Course is a plus.
• Computer Literate (Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office)
• With HMO/Hospital/Clinic work experience is a plus.
• With good communication skills.
