**Trainer Specialist (preferably with eCommerce background)**
**Key responsibilities**:
- Develop a schedule to assess training needs
- Conduct employee surveys and interviews
- Consult with other trainers, managers, and leadership
- Track and compile collected data
- Conceptualize training materials based on data and research
- Communicate training needs and online resources
- Create training strategies, initiatives, and materials
- Contact and utilize outside vendors and resources for instructional technology
- Test and review created materials
- Maintain a database of all training materials
- Instruct employee training and onboarding
- Conduct training through new training materials
- Review employee performance and learning
- Coordinate and monitor enrollment, schedules, costs, and equipment
- Can document processes and procedures when overseeing client training sessions
- Create Product Knowledge Tests and maintain its data.
**Qualifications**:
- At least 3 years of relevant experience
- Proficient in MS Applications
- Experienced in using traning tools, concepts and methodologies
- Excellent leadership skills
- Creative
- Adapts well to change and successfully set priorities as needed
- Ability to work underpressure
- Self starter and optimistic to encourage team and staff
**Nice to have**:
Trainer Management Certification
**Salary**: Php30,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
