The Digital transformation is happening right now, so get on board! LEARNING & ORGANIZATIONAL DEV'T LEAD Qualifications: Musthave 8+ years of L&D experience including but not limited to delivery of both online and classroom style training material.Must have experience with Program design / Instructional Design / E-learning design.Must have solid Project Management experience.Preferably with LMS / Workday experience.Preferably with experience in customer service / customer support environments.Preferably with experience in IT / Tech companies.Responsibilities: Mapping a core competency framework for each area of the business using existing company models and frameworks.Tailor programs to various locations to enable roll-out in the region.Introducing Coaching Programs (skill training, practice labs).Redesign of the onboarding programs in the region.Design and develop Career Pathways for the Customer Service and Support Communities in Cebu.
