Hiring Hr / Payroll Coordinator

RESPONSIBILITIES

Process Payroll of client's employees

Ensures benefit administration and communication occur in a timely manner.

Assist with all HR-related inquiries or requests from the client.

Other related tasks assigned by the Management

QUALIFICATIONS

Graduate of BS Psychology or Human Resource and Development Management or equivalent

At least 1 to 2 years experience as an HR personnel or working in the HR field

Knowledge about the different HR facets

Confident and Goal Driven

Must be proactive

and a team playerStrong math skills with an ability to spot numerical errors.

Time-management skills.

Ability to handle confidential information.

Good knowledge of labor legislation

Hands-on experience with the Hartford, ADP, Paylocity and Lastpass

Excellent communication skills

Willing to work on a graveyard shift
