Requirements:

N1 Certification (non-natives)
College Graduate or relevant experience
1+ year of call center experience
Health insurance background is a plus
Excellent communication skills
Adaptability to client tools and applications
Strong time management and problem-solving skills
Willingness to relocate to Clark, Pampanga
