Job Overview: As a specialist in Client Marketing Analytics and Insights, you will be responsible for generating actionable insights to inform marketing strategies, optimizing marketing effectiveness, and educating teams on measurement strategies and reporting tools. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders and advanced analytics teams to enhance analytics capabilities and ensure data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute quantitative and qualitative analysis to generate actionable insights for marketing strategies.
Develop insights and recommendations to prioritize content development and marketing efforts for maximum impact.
Use audience segmentation, quantitative analysis, and data mining to understand client relationships and marketing channel engagement.
Advise marketers on measurement strategies and key performance indicators to optimize marketing strategies and execution.
Educate marketers on using automated dashboards and analytics solutions, leveraging feedback to enhance capabilities.
Collaborate with stakeholders and analytics teams to understand data collection and usage, translating business requirements into technical requirements for analytics solutions.
Manage ad-hoc reporting requests, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of insights.
Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) on data and analytics solutions.
Adhere to data privacy and security compliance policies.
Experience and Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree a plus.
Work Experience: Minimum of 5 years in analytics, with a preference for B2B marketing analytics.
Technical Skills: Proficient in marketing measurement tools and metrics, including web, CRM, social media, and client intent. Experience with Adobe, Salesforce, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn insights, Excel, PowerBI, SQL, BigQuery, and Python.
Analytical Skills: Strong ability to conduct high-impact quantitative analysis and break down complex data scenarios into digestible reports. Ability to derive insights beyond surface-level data.
Consulting Skills: Proven experience in consulting with marketing stakeholders to deliver relevant analytics and insights.
Collaboration: Experience working with BI and Data Management teams on processes and architectures that support analytics needs.
Communication: Excellent communication, presentation, and critical thinking skills. Ability to influence stakeholders and prioritize projects based on impact.
Other Requirements: Ability to operate with high energy, commitment, and enthusiasm in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in English.
Desirable Skills:
Familiarity with tools like PowerBI and Monday.com.
Experience in marketing research and analyst relations.
Advanced Excel skills and knowledge of additional analytics tools.
Salary: ?50,000 - ?90,000 per month
