We are a US based company working in Cebu over 15+ years and we are looking to grow our Virtual Assistant division! We partner with many companies throughout the US and we are looking to place top talent to help many small businesses across the United States.

**Requirements**:
Excellent communication skills in English
Basic computer operations knowledge
Marketing experience, a huge plus.
Work experience in a call center for at least 1-2 years is a plus
An ability to deliver information at customer's knowledge level in an understandable manner.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability tothink independently and follow through effectively
Dependability, keen on details and has strong customer service orientation.
Previous Experience with customer service and problem solving a huge plus.

Must be able to work together in a TEAM environment!

This job (like most call center jobs) is a graveyard shift job and will be working nights.
