Duties & Responsibilities: Executive Recruiters in US recruitment specialize in the following duties: Partner with the Internal Recruiting Team of US clients by proactively sourcing and prequalifying candidates for specific client requisitions (Medical, Engineering, Technical, Construction, and Legal) to present as qualified active candidates.

Generate candidate interest through creative strategies (Email blasts, LinkedIn Mail, Connection invites, Job Postings, etc.) to continually strengthen talent pipelines, supporting current needs and future business growth in US markets.

Pre-qualify talent through profiling, gauging interest level, and timing through phone callsand emails, focusing on the unique demands of US recruitment.

Coordinate interview schedules between US clients and candidates on behalf of team members, ensuring seamless communication and alignment.

Source and maintain contact information of active pipeline candidates, emphasizing US-based talent acquisition.

Identify and implement new/innovative ways to source and connect with a diverse pool of candidates, specifically tailored to the US market.

Maintain and update ATS – Applicant Tracking System (Dynamics), LinkedIn Projects, and other internal/external databases with new and modified candidate records, adhering to US recruitment standards.

Perform ad-hoc administrative duties as required to support US recruitment operations.



Candidate Management: Develop and update job descriptions and specifications with a focus on US market requirements.Collect and maintain contact information and lists of US-based talent from online databases/job boards, contact lists, internal databases, and employee referrals.Efficiently manage a strong candidate flow for the team, emphasizing the importance of US talent acquisition.Conduct phone interviews to independently evaluate candidates for open positions and internal interviews, aligning with US recruitment standards.Assist with client/candidate coordination on behalf of team members, ensuring a seamless US recruitment process.Continuously maintain DYN, LinkedIn, and other databases with new and modified candidate records, prioritizing US-based candidates. Efficiently manage the candidate flow for your team's recruiters in the US marketCreate, edit, and post jobs on job boards with a focus on attracting US-based talent. Perform ad-hoc administrative duties to support US recruitment efforts.At least 3 Years of US experience is preferred. Requirements:



Excellent English communication skills (expert/native proficiency level in both oral and written English), specifically tailored for US client and candidate interactions.Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, crucial for effective US recruitment operations. Excellent Client management skills, with a focus on US client relationships.Familiarity with Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Outlook, and Excel, essential for US recruitment administrative tasks.Familiarity with the use of LinkedIn, Job boards, and ATS.Willingness to work graveyard shifts or morning shifts, with weekends off, to accommodate US clients and candidate needs.
