Helpdesk Analyst - Bgc (Onsite)

We are looking for an IT professional to help manage and resolve technical issues for our clients. This role focuses on in-house support, handling a variety of support tickets, and providing maintenance services for customer networks.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Monitor Networks & Troubleshoot IT Issues
2. Backup Management
3. Desktop Support: Troubleshoot and maintain desktop operating systems.
4. Set up and support client applications, printers, and VPNs.
5. Support Office 365 & Users: Help with Office 365 administration and assist end users with their accounts.
6. Active Directory Management: Support user accounts and permissions in Active Directory.

Qualifications:
-Onsite & Night Shift: Must be available to work onsite in BGC, Taguig, and work night shifts (8pm-5am Manila Time).
-Experience: At least 2 years in a Service Desk or Help Desk role.
-Technical Skills: Experience with Active Directory, Office 365, Windows Desktop OS, VPNs, and basic networking.
-Good Communication: Ability to communicate clearly with international clients.
