Heavy Equipment Coordinator

• Provide an inventory report of items that have been ordered and are needed at a later date
• Reviews equipment quotes for completeness, ensuring they include customer signature, terms, selling price, advises equipment sales specialist if any information is missing
• Create contracts for proper billing, establish the yearly equipment tariff, generate monthly billing of equipment, coordinates with procurement and warehouseman
• Manage the allocation and utilization of heavy equipment to meet project requirements
• Coordinate equipment movements between job sites
• Monitor equipment usage to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime
• Maintain accurate records of equipment inventory, including make, model and serial numbers
• Conduct Periodic equipment inventories to verify accuracy

QUALIFICATIONS:
Degree in Engineering or equivalent relevant professional experience
