JOB TYPE: FULLTIME, ONSITE, DIRECT HIRE AND URGENTEDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND: Graduate of medical-related coursesGraduate of Audiology would be an advantageWORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:With background in Audiology, capable of learning how to conduct hearing testsDUTIES RESPONSIBILITIES:1. BASIC DUTIES1.1. Selects and administers tests to evaluate hearing or related disabilities.1.2. Administers basic hearing tests including air conduction, bone conduction, or speech audiometry tests.1.3. Trains clients to use hearing aids or other augmentative communication devices.1.4. Creates or modifies impressions for earmolds and hearing aid shells.1.5. Maintains or repairs hearing aids or other communication devices.1.6. Demonstrates assistive listening devices (ALDs) to clients.1.7. Diagnoses and treats hearing or related disabilities under the direction of an audiologist.1.8. Performs basic screening procedures such as pure tone screening, otoacoustic screening, immittance screening, and screening of ear canal status using otoscope.2. OTHERS.2.1.
