What Sales Support Administration contributes to Cardinal Health Sales Support Administration is responsible for customer maintenance and support, sales quotas, and/or order fulfillment and adjustments.
Qualifications Graduate of medical-allied course, preferably Nursing 1 - 2 general business experience, preferred Familiarity with Medical Terms specific to medical kits, devices, instruments and supplies Strong verbal & written communication skills are essential Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Access, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) Customer service, problem solving and analytical skills required What is expected of you and others at this level Applies working knowledge in the application of concepts, principles, and technical capabilities to perform varied tasks Works on projects of moderate scope and complexity Identifies possible solutions to a variety of technical problems and takes actions to resolve Applies judgment within defined parameters Receives general guidance may receive more detailed instruction on new projects Work reviewed for sound reasoning and accuracy Additional Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:
Work with Sales Representatives to build and organized medical kits and supplies for hospital

- Received lists of medical supplies from sales representative which we need to organize before it was offered to the hospital.
- Review materials, pricing and kit information if it complies with FDA regulation to ensure that there is no discrepancies.
- Coordinate with different departments whenever there discrepancy in the Pricing or in the kit information
- File complaints from the customer/hospitals
- Ensure that the pricing of the Kit is within regulatory guidelines
- Ensure that all kit information and items added are precise
