Job Summary
Join the Nao Medical Recruitment Team as a Healthcare Recruiter to bolster our hiring efforts. As a Healthcare Recruiter, you'll play a pivotal role in facilitating our recruiting and hiring procedures within the healthcare industry. Your responsibilities will encompass scheduling calls and interviews, managing our applicant database through the Applicant Tracking System, and overseeing paperwork logistics. Your contributions will be instrumental in ensuring the efficiency of our hiring process, ultimately aiding in the seamless acquisition of top talent for our team.
Coordinates recruiting/hiring activities
Undertakes clerical duties (e.g. answering emails, SMS, phone calls, and drafting letters/correspondence)
Assists in posting job ads online (like ADP WFN, LinkedIn, and the like)
Helps with resume screening
Sends online assessments to applicants (like CriteriaCorp, Spark Hire, and the like)
Requests additional online assessments from our third-party assessment partner (like Kolbe)
Assists in interview schedules, send interview reminders and keeps calendars for all hiring teams and applicants
Ensures that the Interview Feedback Tracker is up-to-date on all the interviews conducted by all Hiring Managers/Teams
Assists in applicants' reference checks and updates the tracker all the time (like SkillSurvey)
Greet and assist interviewees on-site/in-person (if applicable)
Coordinate travel for fly-in candidates (if applicable)
Helps in maintaining applicants' database – our ATS
Handle records and paperwork via Shared Drive
Resolve issues as fast as possible (e.g. interview cancellations, etc.)
Assist with new hire onboarding (e.g. preparing documents, coordinating new hire orientation, etc.)
At all times, participates in all HR meetings, initiatives, projects, trainings, and the like
Mandates to attend company-wide town hall meetings.
Requirements
Strong and reliable wired internet connection with a speed of at least 25 Mbps.
Computer/laptop with a minimum of Intel Core i3 processor or equivalent. Having a dual screen for increased productivity is a plus.
Operating system: Windows 10 or macOS (latest version) with regular updates.
RAM: Minimum 4 GB, preferably 8 GB or more for smoother multitasking.
Hard drive: At least 128 GB of free storage space for software and data.
Functioning webcam and microphone for clear communication.
Updated antivirus software to ensure data security and protection against cyber threats. Having a VPN is preferred but not required.
Reliable backup systems for electricity and internet outages are in place.
Our company is based in New York so you must be able to work on Eastern Standard Time
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree holder (Human Resources, Psychology, or its equivalent)
At least 2-3 years of overall experience in Recruitment and/or Sourcing in the US market is required
Preferably with experience in Healthcare and BPO volume hiring
Experience using recruiting software (like ADP WorkForce Now, SkillSurvey, CriteriaCorp, Spark Hire, etc.) and social networks for recruiting
Experience using Microsoft Packages, Google Suite, and the like
Experience working remotely is preferred
Familiarity with hiring practices and stages (screening, assessment, interview, reference and background checks, and onboarding)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organizational and time management skills
Great attention to detail
Problem-solving ability
Outstanding organizational and project management abilities.
