Healthcare Recruiter

We are seeking Healthcare Recruiters to join our team to support Nursing/ Non-Clinical roles for direct clients. Responsibilities:
· Screen, recruit, and place potential employees
· Build relationships with clients and candidates
· Work with credentialing team to clear and place contract employees
· Build a pipeline of candidates that are available for client reqs
Recruiters to focus on MSP accounts, mainly Health and Hospitals. Must have two years.
Qualifications:
· Previous experience in healthcare recruitment required, Ideally nursing background
· Looking for 2+ years of contract and MSP staffing experience.
· Strong writing and organizational skills
· Bachelors degree preferred
Knowledge of compliance, rate negotiation, and US staffing laws are a must. Wand experience preferred
