RESPONSIBILITIES:

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies
Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals
Screen resumes and applications to identify potential candidates who meet the required qualifications and experience
Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates
Conduct reference checks and verify credentials to ensure the accuracy and validity of candidate information
Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process, addressing their questions and concerns
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for selected candidates
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in healthcare recruitment

REQUIREMENTS:

Proven experience as a Healthcare Recruiter or in a similar role
In-depth knowledge of healthcare roles, qualifications, and industry trends
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
Strong sourcing and networking skills to identify and attract top talent
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
Exceptional organizational and time management skills
High level of professionalism and confidentiality
Bachelor's Degree
