Responsibilities Source, attract, and recruit healthcare professionals for various positions across different specialties Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, understanding their staffing needs and challenges Utilize various recruiting platforms and social media to reach potential candidates Create and post job advertisements to attract top talent Manage the interview process, including scheduling and coordinating between candidates and hiring managers Provide excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey Stay informed about industry trends and changes in the healthcare sector to enhance recruitment strategies Previous experience as a recruiter, preferably in the healthcare sector Strong understanding of healthcare roles and the skills required for various positions Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proven ability to source and attract top talent through various channels Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple recruitment processes Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software Detail-oriented with a passion for connecting professionals with meaningful opportunities Basic knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance is a plus Work From Home Performance Bonus
