Healthcare Executive With K Signing Bonus

Answer incoming customer service calls and take appropriate action to resolve accounts.
Responsible for answering quieries and process customer's complaints by giving information to the appropriate person.
Explain billing related queries to the patient specific to the statement received by the patient.
Work in a spirit of teamwork and cooperation.
Convey a sense of competence and commitment.
Use initiative to learn new skills, enhance personal knowledge and improve communications.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications :
•1-4 years experience in BPO
•Atleast 6months experience handling US Healthcare Account
•Atleast Highschool Grad (old curriculum)
•Amenable to work-on-site
