Healthcare Associates Ii (Intake)

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

- Professional interaction with Nurses, Insurance Adjusters and other medical professionals
- In-take / Data Entry of referrals and case assignment
- Evaluating faxes received by identifying information and thorough research in the system; file can be linked to opened requests by the clinicians that is instrumental in the completion of the review process
- Scanning, Uploading and labelling of case documents into appropriate case files
- Other administrative tasks for the clinicians through handling of Inbound faxes under the Managed Care Folder and ensures proper transmittal of documents to the appropriate queue
- Separating and sorting of EMR and documents
- Enabling the clinician to plunge into the review process of the document once queued by the Intake team
- Determining the correct path for services requested from the received fax and moving to the appropriate clinicians

Skills and Qualifications
- Any college education
- At least 6 months of Healthcare BPO work experience
- Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail
- Great team player with excellent interpersonal skills
- Amenable work onsite (McKinley)
