Responsibilities:
- Assist with online campaigns
- Establish a strong demeanor when dealing with customers
- Respond promptly to customer queries via email
- Recognize and address customer complaints
- Process orders, forms, registrations, and requests
- Maintain a log of all customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
- Coordinate with coworkers and develop sales leads
- Maintain positive relationships with consumers through constant communication
- Prepare product surveys by gathering and evaluating client information

Qualifications:
- At least a senior high school graduate
- Customer service experience is optional
- Ability to communicate effectively in basic English
- Excellent multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills
- Attention to detail and fully vaccinated
- Immediate availability
