Job Description:
The Global Workplace Health, Safety and Environment Product Owner is responsible for working with global IT counterparts and workstream product owners to develop standard processes which are then to be translated into requirements and user stories. The Product Owner will also drive UAT, support local teams with training and driving adoption as well as consolidating requirements for the continued enhancement of the product.
• Plans, executes and manages deployment strategies for HSE products taking into account local nuances whilst driving compliance to global standards
• Consolidates feedback from Workplace MU, location leads and Legal and coordinates with CIO Business Architects to maintain an active backlog of user stories
• Coordinates with other teams to understand their business processes and translates them into requirements to drive process improvement
• Works closely with CIO to identify and resolve any system-wide issues and escalate as needed to resolve
• Develop and nurture champions across Workplace and GES to support local teams
• Ensures that training documentation delivers necessary skills and support to teams using the HSE system
• Works with M&C and Change management to develop effective adoption strategies and communications to support local teams circulate and socialize change awareness
• Presents deployment statistics, adoption metrics, status updates and project risks to senior leadership
• Ensure the system can deliver on ISO 45001 and 14001 compliance requirements
Qualifications:
• Experience with workplace health, safety and environment incident management
• Experience with Environment Health and Safety (ISO 14001)
• Experience with Occupational Health Safety Management Systems (ISO 45001)
• Global awareness and understanding of local cultural nuances with different countries.
• Excellent communication, organization time management and problem-solving skills??
• Exceptional track record of building relationships with stakeholders
• Experience in managing roll out of global tools
• Strong multi-tasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects ??
