Head Teacher

Job Description

Oversee daily operations of the preschool and be responsible for managing the schedules, curriculum, staff, and budget.
Ensure that the curriculum and school policies are being implemented as expected and meet the standards.
Evaluate and monitor teacher performance to ensure that students receive high-quality instruction.
Interview, train, and supervise teaching and support staff.
Maintain a positive and inclusive school culture that fosters a love of learning and promotes the social and emotional development of all children.
Collaborate with teachers and other staff to create a positive school culture and promote a sense of community among staff, students, and families.
Manage the school budget, including ensuring that all resources are allocated effectively and efficiently.
Communicate regularly with parents and caregivers, addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
Ensure that the school complies with all licensing, health, and safety regulations and policies.
Oversee and lead the planning and implementation of school events.
Attend meetings with the school board and other stakeholders to represent the school and ensure its interests are represented.
Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or any related field
Must be a LET passer
At least 5 years experience in a preschool or early childhood education setting.
Experience in instructional leadership and staff management
Excellent command of English, both oral and written
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
Ability to work collaboratively with staff and parents
Knowledgeable in the use of the computer, especially Microsoft Office Programs
Willing to work in Talayan Village Quezon City
