Process Oversight: Monitor and ensure adherence to tube manufacturing processes.Productivity Improvement: Manage production efficiency and drive productivity enhancements.Planning and Coordination: Develop and implement 3-month plans with Head Planning and EVP; manage raw material levels.Maintenance and Quality: Ensure equipment uptime and conduct quality reviews with Production and Operations, with EVP support.New Product and Productivity: Oversee new product feasibility and optimize layouts for better productivity.Performance and Inventory: Analyze performance metrics, optimize stock levels based on demand.Team Leadership and Values: Guide and motivate HODs, promote company's values, and uphold quality and safety standards.Job Requirements: Qualification: B.Tech/BE in Mechanical Engineering.Experience: 15+ years in manufacturing, ideally around 45 years of age.Technical Knowledge: Proficient in mechanical and electrical maintenance, raw material planning, and new product implementation.Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze metrics, optimize inventory, and enhance productivity.
