The Head of Operations oversees project execution and implementation, ensuring it meets service level agreements and client requirements.
Responsibilities: Oversees project implementation and monitors progress.Ensures 100% fulfillment and completion of services.Implements company policies and procedures.Monitors operating and financial results.Evaluates store requirements and briefs personnel.Coordinates with concerned departments.Prepares progress reports for clients.Submits post-mortem reports to clients.Advises the Head of BDM/Deputy GM.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Php35,000.00 - Php45,000.00 per month

Key Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
