Head Of Trust Accounting

Responsibilities:

Provide strategic leadership and direction to the trust accounting department, setting clear goals and objectives in alignment with company objectives
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the trust accounting team, ensuring accurate and timely processing of trust transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and distributions
Develop and implement policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal guidelines
Manage the preparation and distribution of monthly, quarterly, and annual trust accounting reports to clients and stakeholders
Collaborate with internal teams, including legal, compliance, and finance, to address complex trust accounting issues and ensure alignment with business goals.
Required Skills:

CPA (Non-negotiable)
Ensures fair and complete financial statements that comply with generally accepted accounting principles, regulatory requirements and industry practices
Complies with regulatory requirements, company and group policies; maintain compliance awareness
Knowledge of the banking and financial services industries and asset management products
Knowledge of trust and investment regulations and asset management industry trends.
Additional Notes:

This position will be working with leading independent asset manager in the Philippines.
Working Set-up: Hybrid
Mondays to Fridays.
