Head Of The Premises

1. Must have a Bachelor's degree in facilities management, engineering, construction management, or any related field.
2. With 1-2 years of experience as a Building Premises Head
3. With a track record of managing and leading building operations, a small team of maintenance & staff.
4. Familiarity with Local building codes ,regulations, and safety standards.
5. Excellent written & verbal communication skills for coordinating with contractors, suppliers and upper management. Ability to provide reports on building conditions and required maintenance.
6. With keen attention to details.
7. Able to manage and facilitate daily office cleanliness , safety and functionality of 2 floors.
8. Doesn't have to be necessarily a Board Passer but with proven experience as a Premises Head.
