1. Must have a Bachelor's degree in facilities management, engineering, construction management, or any related field.
2. With 3-4 years of experience as a Building Premises Head
3. Knowledge in building codes, safety regulations, and environmental requirements.
4. Strong leadership and management skills.
5. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
6. Excellent in English verbal & written communication skills.
7. Ability to develop & implement emergency response plans.
8. Skills in troubleshooting & resolving facility related issues efficiently.
