HEAD OF TECHNOLOGY

The Head of Tech role, in a nutshell, is in charge of overseeing the delivery of all technology-related requirements.

Responsibilities:
? The primary role is to oversee the delivery of all technology-related requirements executed by Product and Technology team
? Conceptualize and architect full-stack solutions that are secure and scalable
? Make calculated decisions based on resource limitations
? Ability to translate business and product requirements into technical specifications
? Forecast, justify, and work around budget asks

REQUIREMENTS:
? Has at least 5 years of experience as a lead engineer, engineer manager or solutions architect working with development teams who build web, mobile, and API-centric applications
? In-depth knowledge in designing and architecting scalable and highly available infrastructure with various cloud service providers
? Excellent knowledge of software and application design and architecture
? Experience leveraging third-party solutions and partners to complement required product capabilities

? Microservices Architecture
? Must have a mid-senior project management experience
? Excellent communication skills both written and oral
? Experience using agile methodologies and scrum as product management

? Capable of negotiating with the stakeholders
? Capable of managing more than 10 engineers and effective in mentoring junior developers
? Outstanding communication and presentation abilities
? Has an analytical mindset to develop and utilize reliable metrics
? Financial skills including budgeting, forecasting, justifying and managing OPEX
