NATURE OF WORK Acts as a data-driven and solutions-oriented Talent Acquisition partner and leader for the digital business group to achieve successful outcomes such as:
Lead the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to attract, assess, and place top talent effectively. Implement data-driven and strategic initiatives for candidate lead generation to maintain a diverse and high-performing talent pipeline. Establish operational efficiencies and metrics to optimize fulfillment, time to fill, and quality of hire. Develops strategies, manages and hires for specialized, emerging capabilities, and/or leadership positions. Offer leadership to the talent delivery team to cultivate a recruiting culture that prioritizes candidate experience, timeliness, and quality. EXPECTED RESULTS Attract and retain the right talents at the right time 98% fulfillment rate (ie delivery, aging, build of digital bank & talent pipeline programs) Increase employer brand awareness through social media and community channels (online, referral, academe & community channels) Manage efficiencies to drive candidate experience Establish efficiencies (tools, processes, reports) to provide management support & improve candidate experience (data driven reports ie Linkedin Talent Insights, talent profile, headcount & attrition story; process & tool compliance, etc.) QUALIFICATIONS At least 10 years of experience in talent acquisition, and at least five years management experience.
