Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Director of Security located in Quezon City. The Director of Security is primarily responsible for the organization's strategic security operations and company guard force management.
Qualifications Ensures Security compliance auditPrimary responsible in ensuring security across the BranchesLead and conduct investigation for Internal and external cash lossesLoss prevention and recoveryObserved, Practice and implement security procedureEnsures CGF training in accordance to RA 5487CGF Licensee and firearm bond custodianFacilitate and oversight Firearms managementLead the Overt and covert surveillancePolice relationEvaluate performance of ISU, Control and CGF managersProvide monthly security report to group security, President and ExcomProvide shortage and over dispense update with the President and the ExcomProvide leadership and support to ISU personnel in conducting applicant vetting and employee re-vetting
