Brief Summary of Role:
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Sales
- Lead development of sales pipeline, sales forecast, and key sales reports.
- Create an effective Sales Programs that will increase awareness and positive perception of the Brand, its activities and services, and personnel
- knowledge of retail industry, current market trends and economic factors.
- Accountable for attainment/exceeding sales targets in line with revenue growth objectives of the group.
- Champions brand positioning at each point of communications and maintaining a consistent brand.
Marketing
- Develops awareness and reputation of the brand in the community.
- Strengthen brand positioning and communicate brand identity to the target market through brand initiated events and sponsored events.
- Ensure full compliance of marketing and advertising activities.
- Build relationships and network in the industry in media, entertainment, clients (brands agencies).
Business Development
- Competitor Analysis (e.g.
pricing for services, market positioning, margins on deals)
- Quantitative analysis(e.g.
industry margins, value chain, sources of monetization) as necessary.
- Excellent understanding of the media/entertainment industry landscape in the Philippines and global.
- Explores new opportunities to grow the business - internal (promos, loyalty, etc.)
and external (new stores, new accounts)
Training
- Talent mentorship and development teams managed.
- Develop new training programs and techniques to develop highly competitive sales force.
Visual Merchandising
- Ensure 100% compliance to Dickies standards of brand presentation in and out of the stores.
eCommerce
- Drives sales to the eCommerce store by increasing site traffic, awareness and excellent brand representation in the e-com store.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
- College graduate of any four(4) year business degree course.
- At least ten (10) years worked related experience in retail industry.
- Requires advanced knowledge of the principles and practices within the sales/marketing/hospitality profession.
- Proficiency in MS word, excel and property management system.
- Strong media, presentation and computer skills.
- Strong communication ability (oral & written)
- Amenable to work in San Pedro Laguna
- Can start immediately
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift

- San Pedro, Laguna: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
