Job Description:Reporting to the Chief Business Officer the Head of Sales Support is responsible for leading the sales supportdepartment, monitoring the effectiveness of sales efforts, supporting all business units, and ensuring that they are aligned with the overall business objectives. This position ensures efficient support from the sales operations segments which are fulfillment, workforce management & POS management and documentation. The candidate will ensure the success of the sales network and product & business development teams thru collaboration on various requirements needed to make the overall efforts successful.Job Qualifications:Years of Related Experience: 10 years and up experience Educational Attainment: Bachelor's degree holder / six sigma belt holder is a plus Field of Study: Marketing, Industrial, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce Job Specialization: Sales-Corporate, Sales-Retalil, Sales-Financial Services Industry: Banking / Financial ServicesCompetencies: (Knowledge, Skill, Ability) Degree in Business Management, Industrial or ManagementEngineering.
