Purpose of position
To build on and lead a high performing Sales Support Hub team in Asean/APAC Region, support Sales Function across individual locations through e-platforms and to provide excellent talent and customer services in an effective, efficient and timely manner.
Key responsibilities
Build and manage a Sales Service Hub (SSH) in Asean/APAC Region, which provides quote support & inside sales, client set-up, contract management and billing management services
Manage the migrations of sales support processes and responsibilities from Asean/APAC countries to the SSH, put governance and standardization into place, embed end-to-end process ownership, drive process automation and a balanced pace of transition with management of associated risk and change
Ensure the integrity of customer database is maintained and improved through regular clean-ups, enrichment processes and ensuring data is accurately input
Recruit, train, motivate, performance manage the SSH team to create a highly engaged and performing team while providing them guidance and ongoing support
Lead and manage the SSH team to ensure achievement of agreed delivery targets and compliance with operational and administrative procedures and service level agreements.
Manage stakeholders from Asean/APAC countries regarding Sales Support Hub strategy, centralized processes and architecture based on strategic business objectives, identify service/process improvements and innovation opportunities
Partner with stakeholders in functions, streams and sectors to analyze and evaluate opportunities to further extend relevant scope and services of SSH progressively and implement corresponding decisions.
Lead SSH team to work closely and ensure effective communication with sellers, customers, finance team and other related cross functional teams.
Knowledge / Skill / Abilities / Qualifications
Degree holder in Business / Marketing / IT
More than 8 years' experience in CRM or Sales Support role preferably with a background in leading transactional sales support team within an BPO/SSC environment with multi countries
Good knowledge of SFDC and experience in ERP systems ie SAP and Web based tools
Strong capabilities in MS Excel, Power Point, Outlook, and Word are mandatory
Proven experience in an operational leadership position, ideally within a matrix organisation
An understanding of the business planning and budgetary control processes
The ability to develop effective relationships, and therefore operate successfully at all levels, within and outside the organisation is essential, together with good communication and presentation skills.
BSI business language is English therefore good level of written and spoken English is must
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple work demands and pressures, with a higher the average amount of resilience
Out of the box thinker, self-motivated and result-driven
Excellent organizer, acumen for quality at work and problem solver
