Our client is a multinational fintech company.
**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Build sales pipeline through the development and management of the Inbound/Outbound Sales team.
- Managing and supporting the sales team to achieve KPI and revenue targets.
- Work closely with the senior leadership to develop, manage, and enhance key elements of the inbound/outbound contact center sales strategy.
**JOB QUALIFICATION**
- Strong B2B and B2C sales
- 3 years of experience in people management
- Strong business acumen and deep understanding of sales management, sales strategy, and revenue management.
