DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Lead and mentor the sales team, providing guidance, training, and support to help them achieve their individual and team goals
• Monitor sales performance, track progress against targets, and implement corrective actions as needed to ensure company objectives and revenue targets are met
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, key account management, strategic alliances, and innovative sales channels
• Establish and maintain relationships with key customers and industry stakeholders to drive sales and promote the company's brand
• Analyze and report on sales performance, market trends, customer needs and competitive activities to senior management on a regular basis
• Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, operations, and finance, to ensure alignment and maximize business opportunities
• Build and maintain highest level of customer satisfaction and relationships through effective and concise communication (verbal and written)
• Develop a strong understanding of the company's products, internal processes and target customers
• Ensure sales departments' prompt and accurate answers to queries
• Gain profound knowledge on the industry, identify opportunities and implement projects for the growth of the company
• Represent the brand, the management and the company in high level meetings
• Perform such other tasks as may be assigned from time to time
REQUIREMENTS: • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, engineering or any related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the solar industry
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth
• Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to think strategically, analyze data, and make informed decisions
• Proficiency in Google and Microsoft suites
• Valid driver's license
